Data Analytics Platform

Intro

The open-source data collection, data analysis and data visualisation platform is used for a) mapping and analysing the data collected by all partners regarding the needs analysis of artists, citizens and decision makers, and b) for the impact assessment after the completion of the activities to measure their impact so far and estimate their multiplier effect potential.

The Dialog City data analytics and visualization platform is a Analytics-as-a-Service platform for any organization or city who wants to measure, optimize and communicate its digital transformation accurately and effectively. The tool/platform collects, processes, and cleans the data, making it ready for use and reporting. It compares and analyzes the data using the most reliable and industry-approved methodologies among different countries and cities. It simplifies the metrics by deploying a personalized, real-time dashboard highlighting key elements of the transformation performance. It visualizes the performance wins, and communicates them in a straight-forward, compelling manner.

The open-source data collection, data analysis and data visualisation platform is friendly to end users by using cutting edge, interactive visualisations to serve the objectives of the activities in a twofold way. On the one hand the platform is used for mapping and analysing the data collected by all partners regarding the needs analysis of artists, citizens and decision makers, and presents all the necessary data in an intelligent and elegant way tailored to sustainability results. On the other hand, the platform is used for the impact assessment after the completion of the activities to measure their impact so far and estimate their multiplier effect potential. These results will be used as feedback for obtaining the prototyping process of the DIALOG CITY concept.
